The company provides advisory services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, both on the sell-side and on the buy-side, seeking to ensure the best possible transaction for its clients. Acting as an intermediary in these processes, LatAm Access enables the company's partners and executives to maintain focus on their daily activities and participate in the M&A process only at the most critical moments. This avoids excessive strain and, at the same time, increases the probability of a satisfactory conclusion for all parties involved.

Valuation

  • Economic-financial valuation of the company, in line with the Transaction strategy, based on the methodologies: Discounted cash flow and market multiples and similar transactions (if applicable);
  • Analysis of the competitive environment of the process and the market.

Investor Approach

Access the administrators and controlling shareholders of the main companies in various industries, national and international, considering horizontal, vertical, and also conglomerate M&A movements.

Process Coordination

  • Coordination of the work of other external consultants hired by the Company, such as lawyers and auditors;
  • Control of the process timing discipline with the group of consultants, lawyers and auditors of both the Company and the counterparties.

Negotiation

Assistance to the Company's controlling shareholders and executives in defining the negotiation strategy and in the relationship and negotiations with representatives of the counterparties.

Transaction Structure

  • Coordination with lawyers and auditors to define the best structure and strategy for the Transaction;
  • Analysis of the payment conditions involved in the Transaction.
