CEO and Founding partner
Before founding LatAm Access, Nilson was Head of the trading desk at Standard Chartered in New York, concentrating on the North American and Latin American markets, and also served as executive director at Barclays Capital and Bank of America in the same city, leading financial operations aimed at Latin American clients. His background as an electronic engineer, combined with a Business Management degree from Harvard University, is a reflection of his commitment to continuous improvement and professional excellence.
